Delicious Tastes failed to honor their commitment

On November 24, 1989, I signed up for Delicious Tastes's training session at their Port Gayle, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $427.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ulices W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
