Unsatisfactory resolution from The Value Shop

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1247-KEH-3729 placed with The Value Shop on March 27, 2017. I paid $684.45 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brionna F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
