False promises made by The Value Shop representative

On June 7, 2019, I signed up for The Value Shop's repair service at their Walterfurt, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $584.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mekhi I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
