Security vulnerability in BotNano product

On March 20, 1973, I signed up for BotNano's return process at their Clairville, Utah location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $976.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leila B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
