I purchased a application from SmartChip on February 27, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alessia X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
