On August 7, 1988, I signed up for SmartChip's customer support at their Prudencestad, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $462.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eda T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
