I am writing regarding order #ORD-6317-LAG-9807 placed with UnitedHospital on March 30, 1971. I paid $939.69 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elody F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
