Misleading advertising by Direct Emporium Plus

On August 27, 1984, I signed up for Direct Emporium Plus's consultation at their Bednarstad, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $264.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kendall T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
