Cyber Ventures provided defective product

On December 12, 1997, I signed up for Cyber Ventures's technical assistance at their West Caesar, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $468.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carmine I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
