I purchased a account from Integrated Healing on January 9, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ramona H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
