I purchased a package from DigitalTech Networks on July 1, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Crystel J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
