Quality issues with Global Outlet Direct product

On October 9, 1989, I signed up for Global Outlet Direct's customer support at their New Arnofort, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $857.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cyrus P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
