Warranty claim denied by ModernHealing Holdings

On July 11, 2003, I signed up for ModernHealing Holdings's training session at their East Otis, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $861.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jazmyn E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
