Poor customer service experience with Organic Chef Bistros Holdings

On March 17, 2013, I signed up for Organic Chef Bistros Holdings's warranty service at their West Nellahaven, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $36.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Casper L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
