Unsatisfactory resolution from Authentic & Flavors

On November 25, 2014, I signed up for Authentic & Flavors's support package at their Adriannashire, Washington location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $449.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Imani S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
