Overcharged by Market & Express Munich LLC for service

On July 14, 1983, I signed up for Market & Express Munich LLC's support package at their Ziemannfort, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $52.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Euna G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
