Finds & World provided defective product

On April 25, 2001, I signed up for Finds & World's premium plan at their Port Emil, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $549.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Finn V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
