Refund refused by Path Hospital

On March 2, 1995, I signed up for Path Hospital's return process at their Lake Mabelville, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $422.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Greta K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
