I have been a loyal customer of The Health Practice Foundation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-3757-CAP-2548) on October 17, 1987, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
