Poor customer service experience with Urban Homes Johor Bahru International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1014-TTG-8147 placed with Urban Homes Johor Bahru International on February 26, 1971. I paid $852.67 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clemens L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
