Hidden fees discovered from Practice Chambers of Premier Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2586-VNL-1823 placed with Practice Chambers of Premier Holdings on March 4, 1974. I paid $617.41 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sim X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
