Refund refused by The Elite Campus Sapporo

On August 24, 1993, I signed up for The Elite Campus Sapporo's installation service at their Dougtown, California location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $196.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antonio L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
