Unsatisfactory resolution from Justice, Justice & Team Kobe

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4904-IGA-6879 placed with Justice, Justice & Team Kobe on January 11, 2021. I paid $296.89 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oleta P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
