I want to report a serious concern with The Smart Shoppe's item that I purchased on March 7, 2012 from your New Aurore, Pennsylvania store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Emmanuel C., but my issue remains unresolved.
