Refund refused by The Urban Shoppe Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3948-MWZ-7105 placed with The Urban Shoppe Inc. on June 22, 1980. I paid $811.69 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marlen W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
