I have been a loyal customer of NanoApp Robotics for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-5018-UED-9615) on January 14, 2008, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
