Software glitches with Cloud Robotics Zapopan product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6874-NDK-7004 placed with Cloud Robotics Zapopan on February 4, 1987. I paid $843.7 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clinton X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
