Cloud Robotics Zapopan provided defective product

On July 18, 1987, I signed up for Cloud Robotics Zapopan's warranty service at their Port Cleveland, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $639.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kylee Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
