False promises made by Engineering Bros Seville Holdings representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2532-GJW-7967 placed with Engineering Bros Seville Holdings on January 18, 2013. I paid $832.71 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Timmothy R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
