I purchased a account from Consulting Firm, Firm Punggol on August 12, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joanie N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
