I am writing regarding order #ORD-8039-GDX-4535 placed with Hyper Cloud LLC on November 15, 1995. I paid $307.60 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kailyn R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
