Warranty claim denied by Structures Bros Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2216-JCQ-9577 placed with Structures Bros Holdings on April 4, 1973. I paid $537.51 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jordy Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
