Quality issues with Modern Construction product

On July 26, 2002, I signed up for Modern Construction's maintenance program at their Clintonport, Maine location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $672.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shayna T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
