I am writing regarding order #ORD-8883-EVP-7078 placed with Advisory Advocates of Professional on December 17, 1982. I paid $556.42 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tyreek C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
