I purchased a product from Digital-Nexus on June 29, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rahsaan Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
