False promises made by Digital-Nexus representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7284-GYF-9653 placed with Digital-Nexus on April 14, 2008. I paid $126.11 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Giovanni P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
