False promises made by Consulting Practice, Practice representative

On January 2, 2005, I signed up for Consulting Practice, Practice's delivery service at their Denesikfurt, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $228.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hal C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
