On April 15, 2025, I signed up for Mind Excellence Campus Holdings's troubleshooting service at their East Palma, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $675.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Halie Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
