False promises made by Expert Projects & Sons representative

On July 4, 2005, I signed up for Expert Projects & Sons's warranty service at their New Hilario, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $207.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ettie Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
