Natural Cuisine Foods provided defective product

On March 16, 2020, I signed up for Natural Cuisine Foods's training session at their Dudleyberg, Montana location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $514.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sim T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
