I have been a loyal customer of The Education Academy Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-4982-FTH-1531) on October 9, 2016, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
