Overcharged by Defense, Defense & Associates LLC for service

On November 20, 1976, I signed up for Defense, Defense & Associates LLC's repair service at their Maurineside, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $506.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaycee M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
