Warranty claim denied by Development Partners Valencia

I purchased a solution from Development Partners Valencia on May 19, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Naomi V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
