I purchased a item from Homes & Advisors on June 5, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Camila B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
