Overcharged by Homes & Advisors for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4165-VTP-9500 placed with Homes & Advisors on July 7, 1972. I paid $321.33 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Pearl B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
