False promises made by Micro Innovations representative

On April 4, 1990, I signed up for Micro Innovations's delivery service at their Port Kolby, Washington location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $138.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aliyah O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
