Warranty claim denied by Prestige Abode Development

On August 31, 1988, I signed up for Prestige Abode Development's customer support at their Ameliaville, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $459.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alisa R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
