Delayed delivery from Intellect Center of Foundation

On August 13, 1971, I signed up for Intellect Center of Foundation's upgrade service at their South Yvette, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $350.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abby M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
