Unsatisfactory resolution from Precision-Homes Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4351-SNL-8940 placed with Precision-Homes Holdings on October 24, 2012. I paid $175.30 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Edwin J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
