On October 3, 2015, I signed up for The Top Bazaar Group's support package at their Port Carolyne, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $504.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dane N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
